Important Notes for the Doctoral Degree Examination

First Semester: Applications accepted until December 31 (subject to department announcements). Oral defense scores must be submitted to the Registrar's Division by January 31.

Second Semester: Applications accepted until June 30 (subject to department announcements). Oral defense scores must be submitted to the Registrar's Division by July 31.

Timing: Please submit the application one month prior to the oral defense.
